The public transport system needs further comprehensive development in order to meet the expectations of the mobility turnaround.
As a transport planner, I see it as my responsibility to contribute to ensuring that public transport is developed, perceived and used as an attractive alternative to private transport for increasingly larger parts of the population. Necessary prerequisites for this are operational and tariff measures to create an efficient, reliable and easily understandable public transport service. This includes, among other things, sophisticated, coordinated route and timetable concepts, the integration of bus and rail in terms of tariffs, and the development of mobility solutions for rural areas. In this field of activity, I am shaping the transport of tomorrow.
