After Hamburg received the basic funding approval from the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs and Transport for the U5 project in autumn 2023, the federal government handed over the funding decision for the first construction section of the U5 between Bramfeld and City Nord to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg at the beginning of the year.
We are delighted that Intraplan has been able to support this project over many years up to this stage. By working on the standardised assessment, we were able to make a significant contribution to the financing of this billion-euro project.
