The initial situation
An audit is required for an existing traffic study, which is to be supplemented with our own forecasts.
Large transport projects often involve several partners with very different interests. Here it is common for the parties to have each other’s expert opinions verified by their own “second opinion” (audit, due diligence). In this case, a traffic and revenue forecast for the toll route between Moscow and Minsk was at stake.
Different interests can lead to a divergent assessment of the actual situation and thus also to different views on future developments.
